Pivoting Ear Saver for Surgical Mask

Update 04/05/2021: I just slightly modified the thinner version so that the nubs print flat. I had issues with bed adhesion with the nubs. This should print more consistently well. The most up-to-date version is labeled "Ear Saver Thin with Flat base nub." Again, the file labeled "Ear_saver_v3" is the older thicker version that may be better if you have a really tight mask. I had printed some of the ear savers that are currently popular on Thingiverse. I thought they worked well, but they hold the mask low on my neck (as a guy I don't have a ponytail or anything to hold the ear saver up). The mask would always fall off when I was talking to patients. This design keeps the mask up and doesn't move when I'm talking This prints as one piece and swivels so that the mask is held higher. I printed this with PLA and NO supports.
