Pivoting Clevis Shackle
thingiverse
I designed this clevis for my son's power wheel ride-on, so we could attach a wagon and pull it around. The design is optimized for printing with supports, allowing the shackle to pivot from the body once printed. The body features a setup for a 1/4-20 threaded insert to be installed and epoxied in place, similar to my previous project, the Xterra Utili-Hook (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1316809). After inserting the insert, I'll epoxy a length of 1/4-20 rod into it for mounting onto the power wheel.
