Scaling down your project is a viable option, but to do so you'll need to adjust the bed size to at least 300mm. If that's not feasible, focus on adjusting the X and Y axes only. The Z layer colors are already set according to height, allowing you to modify the gcode to implement the Filament Change Command (Marlin=M600) at predetermined intervals of .8 and 1.6mm. Yellow layers will correspond to heights ranging from 0mm to 0.8mm, white layers from 0.8mm to 1.6mm, and black layers from 1.6mm to 2.4mm.
