Here is the deal, I got this air pump yanked down the road, ripped out the cord, and tore off the back case, totally trashing it. Rather than shell out 30-40 bucks for a brand new one, I decided to fix it myself. I even managed to salvage the switch and reuse it, so this cap uses all the original hardware and electronics. Printed in ABS, it should be heat-resistant, thanks to my concerns about that kind of thing.
