Pit Viper Sunglasses Case

This is a custom-designed sunglasses case for my Pit Viper Sunglasses. It's specifically tailored for The Originals, not The Double-Wides or The Exciters. I designed two halves that can be printed separately and then connected by threading 1.75mm filament through pin holes and melting the outer edges to secure it in place. Alternatively, you can use a nut and bolt setup; simply modify the diameter using FreeCAD if needed. When modifying the top design in FreeCAD, keep in mind that you'll need to download and link your own font. I utilized Vermin Verile, which is available at https://www.dafont.com/vermin-verile.font for free. The estimated cost of this custom case comes out to around $3.22 - ~$1.87 for the bottom piece and ~$1.35 for the top. In comparison, a commercial equivalent can range from $8-$20, offering a substantial cost savings of approximately $5. Additionally, my design fits The Original style Pit Viper perfectly and features custom text on the top.
