This 3D model features a pit stop building with an original design not based on any existing structure. It includes render presets, materials, textures, and maps for seamless rendering, as demonstrated in the preview images. The software used to create this model is 3ds Max 2018, and rendering was done using Mental Ray. Available formats include 3ds Max 2015-2018, FBX (geometry, textures, materials), and OBJ (geometry, textures). The model boasts 227,627 vertices and 397,264 faces, while the scene consists of 157 objects and 2 lights. All objects in the scene are editable mesh, and materials have been applied across all supported formats. Textures and .mat files (materials for 3ds Max) are also provided for each format.
