Thanks heaps to the designer for uploading such a great design. The original design can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1445840. I needed an easier way to print this, so I imported it into 123Design and cut it in half. I'll upload my printed version within the next day or two once it's complete. On January 4th, everything is now done and a photo has been uploaded.
