You'll need to assemble the blocks and pistons for a pistonbolt rail, with repeaters being your only remaining component. Note that the six double-pistons consist of sticky pistons facing away from you and regular pistons facing forward. If the initial rail is oriented in the opposite direction: relocate the top observer to the rear, one position left beside the sticky piston, then shift the left sticky piston one space back and the right sticky piston one space ahead (both are situated in a row preceding the observer, one position lower). To initiate or halt engine operation, place/remove an observer on the last slime block facing towards the side.
