I have designed this case specifically for Adam Schwalm's and James Tate's pISO flash drive on Kickstarter now. The back of this case can be any slim case that fits either the Pi Zero or the Pi Zero W. This is a work in progress, with updates forthcoming as the pISO design evolves. I encourage you to check out the project on Kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/178023282/piso-the-most-versatile-flash-drive-yet. A special thank you to Lance for pointing out an issue with my previous version and Cura, which did not mix well together. I have now updated the design with a new flipped version that is ready to print, and you can see the holes clearly in Cura. For the bottom of the Pi Zero W, I used this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2600740. For the bottom of the Pi Zero, I utilized this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2160759. To assemble this case, I screwed together a sandwich using M2.5 12mm nylon screws and nuts.
