I crafted my own replica of a pirate sword, largely inspired by Jack Sparrow's iconic blade. Utilizing Sketchup as my design tool, I meticulously modeled each component, ensuring a seamless fit upon assembly - the pins being intentionally smaller than their corresponding holes. Post-Printing Instructions: Unite the various parts with robust epoxy and then finesse the entire assembly using fine-grade sandpaper; finally, treat it to a rich paint job of your personal preference, braving any challenges that may arise.
