Pirate Ship Galleon for Table Top DnD

Pirate Ship Galleon for Table Top DnD

This is a remix with major modification to transform this table top ship into a pirate galleon. Each layer can be separated for detailed encounters at sea. We also redesigned it so most of it can be printed without supports. and separated the ladders so they can be printed with a stronger orientation. The other ships figureheads we have made can be used on this pirate ship and are a direct fit (separate Things). We set up the back of the Poop Deck so you can put in a battery holder and small switch. You can use 3mm flicker LEDs in the lanterns. Flip the switch and you have a cool realistic lanterns at the stern of your ship. Use common CR2032 battery holders. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZHWB668 You can also use our Flicker LED lantern on a barrel or crate (separate Thing) to add light effects throughout the ship. We also uploaded a bunch of scatter decorations for the inside of the ship (separate Thing). There are two different styles for the ropes. You can print just the base part of the ropes and then tie your own ropes to connect to the masts or you can print the entire rope assembly. Also, the Kraken I made has tentacles that are designed to wrap over this ship when both are printed at the default scale (separate Thing). The Main Deck and Gun Deck have recessed circles on the underside. These are for small 10mmx2mm magnets. Glue them into the decks and then glue them to the bottom of the cannons and now your cannons will stay in place as you move the decks around. There were a lot of files so if you think anything is missing then feel free to let me know and I will look into it. I tried to post this as a Remix but there seems to be a problem with the Remix search tool. So here was the original Thing I used as a base: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3814743 I printed up the full size decks with wood PLA filament using my Formbot T-Rex 2+ (400mmx400mm print bed). The decks will just barely fit if you place them diagonally on the bed. I have also added split decks in case you have a smaller print bed. You may need to drill holes and add rods/pins to help stabilize and hold together the split decks when you go to glue them. I used a Elegoo Mars resin printer for a lot of the smaller more detailed parts.
