Pirate Ship Buoy

I made a glow-in-the-dark pirate ship marker for a shallow-water hazard we kept stubbing out toes on late at night. The flag helps the boat indicate wind direction, and the tell-tale ribbon helps indicate windspeed. It still needs to be sealed prior to flotation, but I think it's looking pretty spiffy. From prior experience, this will need some ballast to remain upright, I intend to use a small rock. UPDATE: I made a new version with a deck and better counterwight
