Pirate Ninja Headband

Have you ever thought to yourself, "Man, I really want to be a ninja, but also a pirate, what's the solution?" No problem, I've got it covered. There may be an issue with scaling when printing, so make sure to scale up your stl's before throwing them into the print queue. They're always 10X smaller than they should be. This is a relatively simple print that comes out flat on its own. To shape it properly, just use a heat gun or hair dryer to curve the piece to roughly fit your forehead shape. That's all you need to do to become a Pirate/Ninja. Post-Printing Heat Gun/Sewing The print will come out flat and won't bend nicely. I recommend using a heat gun to heat up the inside of the headband, then use a table edge or something to curve it out. Don't burn yourself - just keep molding until it roughly fits your forehead shape. You may notice that edges bend more than the middle part will; it's fine, no one will notice. Now, for it to be an actual headband, you need a long piece of fabric you won't mind cutting up and some sewing supplies. Cut the fabric to about the same width as the print part (it can be a bit wider) and long enough to tie around your head. Then, simply sew the part onto the cloth through the holes.
