Classic treasure chest with rounded lid, measuring 11 x 6 x 7 cm in size. Files are available in LYZ format, along with the original PNG image. To prepare the base, use 3 mm plywood. I utilize the LaserDRW software and a 40W CO2 Chinese laser to engrave an image at 25-30% power first. Then, click on the image to delete it temporarily, leaving only the cut contour behind. Switch to "cut" mode and cut at 45% power twice, which should cause everything to fall apart easily. Glue the pieces together. To prepare the lid, cut 2.5-2.6 mm plywood, as grocery boxes can be ideal for this purpose. Hold two half-round pieces firmly in place, gluing the "planks" inside them. This is a simple concept but challenging to execute. It's easier with support (as seen in the picture). Apply glue liberally along all edges. The two planks second from the edge may require some filing, while the rest should fit easily if the plywood isn't thicker than recommended. To create your own pattern in LaserDRW, remove the images, leaving only the cut lines behind. Click on "Select All," then click on "Cut." Open your image and paste the saved cut lines back into it. Position your image as desired, then save the new file. This process can be repeated multiple times by inserting additional images. Hardware hinges and latches are available at: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32840586100.html https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32899225860.html The nails included with the hinges won't hold in thin wood, so drive them through and solder an 8-shaped copper wire on the other side.
