Piranha
thingiverse
The Piranha is a swift yet effortless small sports plane with retractable landing gear. The original design was introduced in the late 70s as a kit featuring a glass fibre fuselage and foam core wings. It was engineered to incorporate the Webra Speedy 15 2-stroke engine (1.8 ccm) along with a resonance silencer. The 3d printable replica is designed for a brushless motor and a 3 cell lipo battery, replicating the original plan in detail. The fuselage cross sections and used Airfoils are identical to the original design. You can download a free section of the fuselage and wing to test your print settings. Both parts require no support and infill.
