I'm Installing a Simple Filter on My Office PIR Sensors to Reduce False Alarms. To prevent my PIR sensors from detecting every little thing, I've set up a basic screening system in my office. The opening for each PIR sensor is precisely 16mm in diameter, designed specifically to accommodate various sizes of PIR sensors. By utilizing the adjustable ring on the device, I can easily redirect the sensing field to minimize unwanted detections and achieve more accurate readings.
