A PIR sensor holder for Home Assistant. Parts used: - Hc-sr501 Pir Motion Sensor - Wemos D1 Mini - Generic 5v 1A USB Power adapter (like the old boxy apple ones) - Micro USB cable **IMPORTANT: Be sure to power the Hc-sr501 from pin 3 of the mode slection jumper with 3.3V from the Wemos!** The wifi tx noise is too high and will cause interference/false triggers if the poor regulator on the Hc-sr501 is used with the 5v in smaller enclosures like this. See the attached picture for how to connect the jumpers. Home Assistant software setup tutorial from Kiril Peyanski: https://peyanski.com/cheap-diy-motion-sensor-esphome-home-assistant/
