This box, designed for the GH-718 PIR sensor (http://www.emartee.com/product/41543/), can be easily modified to accommodate Parallax PIR sensors (http://ch.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Parallax/555-28027/?qs=%252bOsorUj7CR5M4nD56biVIw%3d%3d). Two distinct setups are available: a straight (wall) setup and a 45° angled (roof) setup. Note that it's designed to be printed with a MakerBot, but lacks installation holes; a drill will be needed for installation.
