PIR and battery box, Openscad, Customizable
thingiverse
Update 21 Feb 2019: Simplified customizer interface. Update 28 Jan 2019: V7 now allows adjusting number of batteries from 1 to X, where X is equal to your print bed size's maximum capacity. Below the PIR module is a space for an ESP01 (not shown). The PIR module used is a HC-SR501. On the PIR PCB, I have removed the diode and 3.3v supply, then connected Vcc directly to the 3.3V output pad to enable operation from 3 to 5V, as seen in the attached picture. You can select various battery types ranging from AAA to D. For assembly, use 3mm bolts, while 2mm bolts are used for mounting the PIR module.
