A beehive trap (with a 6 mm hole) is placed at the entrance of the beehive, from the front, the bee enters but does not catch the velutina, which will seek an alternative entry attracted by the smell of the hive, that trap entrance is located on the side and below, completely separate from the bees. The velutina, attracted by the light at the other end, directs itself towards a release connected to a container to capture it. In the case that a collector bee enters the trap, it can exit through the lateral grid. (Apologies for any grammatical errors)
