The model closely resembles its actual counterpart, featuring animateable components such as propeller, rudder, stabilator, ailerons, and landing gear doors. For three decades, the Cessna 150/152 and Piper PA-28 Cherokee (later known as Warrior) have dominated training fleets since their introduction in 1961. The low-wing PA-28 marked a significant change for Piper, with its design serving as the basis for numerous two-, four-, and six-place singles, as well as some twins. Certified in November 1976, the four-place, fixed landing gear landplane PA-28-161 Warrior II distinguishes itself from its predecessor with a tapered wing.
