Piper PA-28 Compass Housing

This is a custom replacement housing for the magnetic compass commonly used in Piper PA-28 aircraft. The original part was severely damaged, but I've made every effort to accurately recreate the mounting hole positions. The rear oval hole provides flexibility in terms of hole spacing variations. Additionally, the hole through the mounting bracket is generously sized, allowing the compass light assembly to pass through without any need for cutting or splicing wiring. To print this model effectively, use layer thicknesses of 0.2mm or 0.25mm, and infill at 25%. The model already incorporates built-in supports, which should detach easily once the printing process is complete. If you require any modifications to the STL file, please let me know and I will promptly update it accordingly.
