This is a vent retainer for the front passenger air vent of a Piper Archer PA-28-181, designed to be compatible with most Piper Cherokee Warriors. See Also Air Vent: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4077743 Version 1 - Initial Drawing: Untested yet, but after testing, it's clear that the inner round cutout needs an interior radius to accept the vent. Stand by for Version 2. Version 2 - Add Relief: The inner ring now has a relief to better accept air vent airflow. Version 3 - Fixed Inner Ring Curve: Compared to the original part and overall size holes, everything lines up pretty well. However, the printed part feels thicker and more rigid due to the inset back design. It's unclear if this is an improvement or not, but Version 4 might thin out the part for comparison. Version 4 - Changes Part to Shell: The part has been changed to a 1.5mm shell, which is much closer to the original part. However, it remains untested.
