I had to split the output of my submersible pump (ID13mm) into 5 separate lines, each feeding water to 4mm NFT tubes. I created this splitter/adapter so that others wouldn't have to rely on external support. The design was completed with Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://v1.tinkercad.com/things/ilJhisx2tgv. After printing, it seems to be working perfectly.
