Pipe (Scooter Handle) Plug (Parametric)

Pipe (Scooter Handle) Plug (Parametric)

Have a child with a Razor scooter? You'll likely encounter this issue! It involves a parametric plug that works with an elastic cord to cover pipe ends. By default, it fits the handles of my kids' Razor kick scooters perfectly. This accessory also works with Customizer. To use, adjust any necessary "User-defined values," render and print. If needed, drill out internal bridging. Post-photo, I printed in black ABS with 12 bottom layers, 3 top layers, 3 perimeters, and 25% honeycomb infill for a sturdy exterior and some pipe penetration. For plug replacement, secure the elastic band end with a clothes pin so it doesn't go in the pipe. Drill out old plug if required. Untie or cut the knot, thread through new plug, and re-tie. You may need to file inside of tube for a better fit.
