Pipe reducer
thingiverse
I created this to attach a standard 4inch I.D. dryer hose to a much larger fitting that goes on my portable air conditioning unit. The previous hose was 5-1/16inch O.D. and made of flexible plastic, but it had become brittle over time. So I chose to use a flexible aluminum dryer hose instead. The design features a 5mm wall thickness, and if you print it with 20%-30% infill, it becomes essentially solid anyway. This means you don't need to make your slicer work harder than necessary. Overall dimensions: 5.12in O.D. x 3.82in I.D. x 3.59in long For my metric friends, the dimensions are (130mm x 97mm x 91.06mm).
