Pipe mount
thingiverse
A lightning-fast print takes just 50 minutes for two parts. They can be sliced in half the time required. One part is designed specifically for a 1/2 inch copper pipe with a soldered cap, slightly larger than the OD of standard 1/2 copper piping. The other is tailored to fit the diameter of a water hammer arrestor. Each features a single screw mount. My print settings were optimized at 40 for inner walls, 100 for infill and 60 for print speed. A 30% infill geometric pattern was used, while the print material was red ABS. The 80 degree print bed temperature was precisely calibrated, along with a 245 degree print head temperature - I'm pretty sure that's correct! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
