I made this to help drilling holes in a bike frame tube, diameter = 22mm. It should work on tubes/pipes from 18mm to 28mm and you can use longer bolts to extend the range a bit.Parts to buy:¼-20 Flange insert nuts (3)¼-20 T-bolts 25mm long (2)You can use regular hex bolts instead of T-bolts but you'll have to re-design the knurled nut. I only had T-bolts of the required length on hand, so there you go. I had no issues drilling with a 4.5mm bit through it.I printed in ABS, time will tell if that was the right choice. Please re-orient the top and bottom parts so that the flats with holes in them are on the bed. There are no supports.
