I needed to print the cotter uploaded by UngraciousOne, but couldn't scale it properly for my metric pipe. Made this one for my own purpose, but maybe you'll find it useful. Its center diameter is precisely 40mm, so scale accordingly for the needed pipe and your printer's resolution.
