My apartment was plagued by ugly copper pipes protruding from the wall for the water heater and poorly drilled tiles.\r\n\r\nThe stainless steel pipes that came with the heater were a nice touch, but they couldn't hide the unsightly copper pipes and tile cracks.\r\n\r\nThe drain pipe measured 15mm in diameter, while the hot and cold pipes boasted 22mm diameters.\r\nYou can easily adjust it to fit your specific pipe needs using meshmixer or modify it as necessary.\r\n\r\nI designed this cover with rough dimensions, then snapped off the vertical layers as needed to get a precise fit.\r\nIt utilizes 3mm zipties for a secure hold.\r\n\r\nTo conceal damage at the wall side, I used a flared base. Unfortunately, the pipes don't emerge from the wall perfectly orthogonally and there's an annoying gap between the wall and the flared base, driving me to distraction - I'll have to fill it in with some silicone later.
