3D MODEL DESCRIPTION PiPBOT 1.0 is and Print-in-Place ROBOT TOY FREE USE NO LICENSE It is a small toy that looks like a tank but in fact it is one of the most complicated 3D printed parts from one piece. It needs no assembly other than folding it like taco. The design was done layer by layer so even it is difficult model its easy to print. All the angles and gaps are perfectly balanced and 3D printer is in its DNA Files include latest model of PiPBOT v1.0 in STL + OBJ for 3D printing. Also STP IGS F3D for editing in CAD software. 3D PRINTING SETTINGS Before this print please print Calibration file at 0.2mm height. Included in zip and simple explanation how to use it. Print Settings: Nozzle 0.4 or 0.6mm Layer 0.16 or 0.2 mm Perimeters 3 Infill 30% Speed External+Small Perimeters 10mm/s Speed Perimeters and Infill 25mm/s Temp PLA 190-195 (at low speed it should prevents bending of tight corners) Temp PET-G 225-235 ( I have better experience with PET-G not bending so much) *Record speeds by the community on twitter were much higher. Even 100mm/s but you really have to know your printer. Technical prints are highly accurate so printing slow can avoid a lot of issues. If your model will get stuck try different settings or filament. MULTICOLOR Very simple. Add color change in slicer or stop print during print. When the printing head is above belts just stop printer and change color of filament. DO NOT mix PLA+PET . Keep the same material otherwise it will break.
