Pip for Imperial rank bar (Star Wars Cosplay)

Nothing special here, just a rectangular shape using the dimensions on the 501st site that shows their requirements for this costume component: https://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:Imperialrankbar - "Rank tile dimensions are 1/2" (12.7 mm) width x 3/4" (19 mm) height and about 1/8" (3.2 mm)." I doubt this will pass their muster, but it's close enough for most uses... I wanted to make an imperial navy rank bar for a friend's Star Wars costume but ran into serious trouble finding the items used to construct movie-accurate pips for this piece, so I fell back onto 3D printing to find a solution... I found a lot of models that feature the rank bar and pips as a single unit but none with just the individual pips, so I created this model. This way you can print the pips and use 1" aluminum strips to create something a little closer to movie-accurate. I printed the pips with two shell layers and 15% infill and, when gluing them to the aluminum backing bar, rotated them so the side that was touching the build plate was facing out. This hides a lot of the 3D printing texture while still providing a degree of shiny translucence (one could use translucent filament to explore that facet further). This is a real time-saver because we can just print the pip in the color we want and we're good-to-go. No painting. I hope this is useful to someone else!
