Pioneer SE-MJ521 headphones Fix (Replacement)
thingiverse
Almost three years and eight months ago, I carefully placed my personal daily headphones in a safe location, then handed them over to the sound operator. By the end of that day, the small joint connecting one of the headphones to its structure had snapped. I vividly remember saying to myself, "Don't worry, it's only a matter of time before I acquire a 3D printer, learn some CAD skills, and repair this". That day has finally arrived, and I now have brand new headphones. I began designing my replacement in TinkerCad, considering myself a complete beginner in 3D printing and design. After three attempts, I managed to create a piece that fit almost perfectly, but unfortunately, it was made from low-quality filament and had only 15% infill, causing it to break after just a few days. I then redesigned the entire project using OnShape and printed it again with high-quality RigidInk white PLA and 100% infill. It's been a week now, and my new headphones are still holding up beautifully! Print Settings: Printer: MP Select Mini Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: .4 Infill: 90%
