Ideal climbing pinch strength trainer - turn those pub sessions into training sessions! For enhanced grip use the cura fuzzy surface settings. Print a wall thickness of 2mm and an infil density of 20% for optimal results. We suggest the following training program: The following routine is ideal to get you started: 1) People often laugh, but staying hydrated and easing your way in is essential, so start with a larger top and complete it in 8 reps. 2) Enjoy a pint of Guinness for added salts and complete in 6 reps. 3) Calm down with a session IPA in 8 reps. 4) Now comes the heavy lifting! Drink an Imperial stout in 6 reps, remember that percentage equates to power - really challenge yourself here. 5) Go back on to the IPA but slightly stronger - complete in 8 reps. 6) Finish strong with a full-strength cider (Old Rosie is ideal) and finish it in one rep. 7) Calm down with a bitter in 6 reps. 8) End the routine off with a Gin and Tonic. Do as many reps as you like, just get the last energy out!
