Instructions for creation can be seen below, using a pre-set configuration: Setting up your print with the given options is a matter of selecting cog_base_height (set to 10 mm), cog_length (also set to 10 mm), and choosing whether an angle should be present or not, setting no_angle to 10 degrees. In addition to this, you will want to configure a series of settings under print quality with the resolution variable being 50 microns. Print dimensions were also given a specific target with the cog_tip_width parameter set to 1.5 mm. A small area was then reserved for any objects that are intended for building purposes and are located manually within the printing plate at (x, y) = (100 mm, 100 mm). The maximum height for this print project was also predefined as 10 millimeters. Two dimensions are in use to set internal cog spacing, the internal_diameter which was also chosen at a size of 10 millimeters. Another essential part is building the custom cogs, where tip_height and the build_plate_manual_x are respectively 10 mm and (100 mm) as set above for any printing objects placed outside normal areas.
