Pinning Box V4

This is the 4th version of my pinning box - pinning tray. It was completely re-designed with the lessons learned from the previous versions. Now it has more space for pins, cuts for pinning tweezers, and some space for the circlip and other bits and bobs. The original version which I tested is V4 then I did some very minor adjustments as V4.1 but did not test it yet.
