Pinky Splint

Pinky Splint

My spouse damaged her ring finger near the palm and needed it stabilized. The nearby CVS store doesn't sell this type of splint, so she picks up a printed one instead. They offer a left and right model (curved for optimal comfort) and the picture shows how to secure it correctly. It fit my hand just as well as hers, and you can choose to wrap the area with gauze first for extra cushioning if desired. Update: 9-14-2015 I added versions with openings that helped prevent stinky fingers in her case.
