PinkieStrong C Clamps TL;DR - A 1/2"-13 NC tap is required. - These clamps serve as decorative items, binding at 15-20 pounds of force. They can function as cable guides or in light woodworking. Each clamp features a 3/4" (19mm) pad and 1 7/8" (47.5mm) range. The smaller clamp has a 1.5" (38mm) reach. The deep reach clamp has a 3.5" (89mm) reach. To avoid over-infill, use stock with 15-20% infill. Print the clamps with support from the bed. Tap the thread using alcohol as a lubricant, screw in the bolt, and press on the pad. A tap is necessary due to blobs of plastic often present in the threads.
