I crafted a Pinhead bust from the HELLRAISER saga with Doug Bradley's portrayal in mind. I carefully drilled holes into each head to securely fasten real nails. Additionally, I integrated wires into the head and body for added structural integrity. It is crucial to optimize print settings to achieve optimal results; specifically, printing at 90% fill density ensures that the nails can withstand pressure. Furthermore, a strong bond between the printed parts and the nails is essential, which is why I used cyanoacrylate adhesive. To conserve filament usage, I printed the bust at 80% of its original file size. The Creality Ender 3 printer was used to produce this intricate piece.
