https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DumofDtrPM "Ping Pong Popper" - a name coined by our nieces, nephews and grandkids - is a simple 3D printed toy that has captured the hearts of young ones (and some older family members) in our household. We're thrilled to share this fun project! Just two 3D printed components, a spring, some string, and a ping pong ball are all it takes to create this entertaining toy. By making our own "Ping Pong Popper," my wife and I can save around $25.00 USD on trips to the local indoor pizza parlor or arcade where these toys are often given away as prizes. Unfortunately, store-bought versions of these toys tend to break within an hour, which is why we're so grateful for 3D printing technology! Now, whenever we want a new "Ping Pong Popper," we can simply print one at home. As always, I've likely forgotten some files or made other mistakes along the way. If you spot any errors or have questions about this project, please don't hesitate to point them out - I appreciate your help in ensuring the accuracy of my tutorials! This 3D printed toy was designed using Autodesk Fusion 360, sliced with Cura 3.5.1, and printed in PLA on an Ultimaker 2+ Extended and an Ultimaker 3 Extended.
