Ping Pong Paddle

This Ping Pong Paddle is crafted in two seamless pieces, utilizing HATCHBOX Wood PLA for the paddle and ColorFabb transparent red PLA for the sleek handle. I printed both models flat to maximize strength, ensuring the cylindrical pillars on the handle and the paddle itself possess optimal rigidity. However, the handle necessitates supports when printing in this orientation to prevent deformation. Printing the handle on its flat bottom would likely require additional supports for the outer tips, potentially compromising the structural integrity of the polls that protrude into the paddle. The paddle is printed without supports, but I employed a raft to achieve a smooth, clean finish once removed. Assembling the prints requires some finesse; it's a snug fit, but with a small hammer and towel, you can successfully connect the pieces after initiating the initial insertion. If anyone desires custom resize connections, feel free to ask – my intention was to create a tight seal that eliminates the need for glue.
