Pinewood Derby Wheel Insertion Fixture

I created these custom fixtures years ago for my local Cub Scout Pack. They significantly simplify the process of installing wheels and axles into toy cars. After completing one side, I flip the car over and place it back on the table with the wheels seated in the fixture's holes. This setup enables me to apply gentle pressure without damaging delicate parts when installing the remaining wheels. These fixtures are specifically designed for standard wheelbase cars that utilize slots. However, they may not be as effective for toy cars with fenders, which can hinder their functionality.
