I designed a small spoiler for a friend's pinewood derby car, fitting standard dimensions perfectly. I printed it with PLA at 25% infill without support, no issues arising during the process. Verification confirmed an acceptable fit, and it turned out to be fairly lightweight. PS: The very same car benefited from this design change, taking second place in its class!
