PINE A64-LTS case

This is a project for the A64-LTS board. It was slightly modified from the PINE A64 / A64+ computer case on Thingiverse. I've tested this with v1.2 of the board. The A64-LTS board differs from that A64 in its microSD card slot location, which is now at the bottom. The eMMC slot remains at the top. Additionally, a small barrel jack replaces the microUSB power port, and there are a couple switches and LEDs added to the design. I included a small window for plugging in a console cable into the EXP header. I removed the pine logo from the bottom since the -LTS version has no components on that side. I also enlarged the holes to 4mm diameter, making it easier to use M3 bolts without drilling them out. It's likely that you can still use a stand from the original case, but I haven't tried it yet.
