Pine 64 Snap Enclosure - Pinestyle!
pinshape
This sleek snap-fitting enclosure is specifically designed for the PINE64, a renowned $15 64-bit computer that gained massive support through Kickstarter in 2015. The enclosure's unique design aims to provide an exciting complement to the computer while taking full advantage of 3D printing capabilities. Users can easily access all ports and features with the enclosure securely in place or quickly disassemble it without needing any tools due to its snap-fit mechanism. A convenient spot on top allows for storing SD cards, USB sticks, and other devices. The base section is best printed with the base facing downwards on the print plate (a brim was used during printing), while the top part should be printed upside down, lying flat on the plate. Minimal support material is required for the central section. This design was featured in a tutorial I wrote for Formlabs' article "How to Design 3D Printed Snap Fit Enclosures."
