Pinchwheel Worm by Drill Jig
thingiverse
Create an M8 bolt pinch wheel cutting jig using a drill and without a vise, for Wade's geared NEMA 17 extruder found on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1794). After printing two of these and attaching them to a clamped scrap board with 608 bearings, add a 1-1.5mm groove to the M8 bolt using a round file where it will align with the filament path. Remove the bolt from the drill and pass it through the bearings. Tap an M3 thread using a drill chuck and following the picture's method. The attached revision is 4mm thinner than the pictured ones, providing more flexibility in bolt length selection. Original instructions can be found at http://objects.reprap.org/wiki/Development:Geared_Nema17_Extruder.
