Using the MakerBot Digitizer Desktop 3D Scanner, a glazed "Pinch Pot Face" made from clay was scanned. The scanning process encountered difficulties with openings such as the mouth or shoe openings. To enhance results, it was scanned four times using multiscan, with one in the middle and three on various out quadrants of the turntable.
