Replacing Crude Paper Switch Covers with a Custom Design The original paper covers on power switches were clearly not the most effective solution, so I decided to create a custom replacement that would provide better performance and durability. I tested my new design on Williams machines system 6, 7, and 11, and it worked flawlessly. Encouraged by this success, I ordered an RPGCor 3D Print to produce the covers in large quantities. To ensure optimal results, I carefully set up the print settings for the Ultimaker 2 printer. Here are the details of my configuration: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer Model: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 micron (0.20 mm) Infill: 25% With these settings, I was able to produce high-quality power switch covers that met all my expectations.
