Pinard Horn
thingiverse
There's a small Pinard horn on Thingiverse, but its dimensions are unimpressive and printing it poorly would be foolish. So, I designed one from scratch. My creation is impressively sized and optimized to print in thin-wall vase mode with an 0.8mm wall thickness and a sturdy 0.6mm bottom thickness. It makes for an excellent keepsake gift for any aunt who's proud of her work as a midwife. Instructions Print your Pinard horn in thin-wall vase mode with an extrusion width of 0.8mm and a solid base of 0.6mm (three thin layers at a 0.2mm layer height will do). Remember to cut away the inside bottom portion with a sharp knife before using, but doing so won't be particularly difficult. It's also vital that you smoothen out any sharp edges on the horn end, lest someone suffer a scratch from it during a routine belly check-up.
