This small tool, featuring a self-made pin, is used for gluing with liquid cyanoacrylate adhesives. The pin's 0.7mm diameter and fork-shaped end allow the adhesive droplet to remain on it until it bonds the parts together. The lightweight design provides comfortable handling, and it can also be utilized for oiling clockwork bearings or other precision mechanisms. Note that the M4.5 x 0.75 thread dimensions are theoretical without clearance. The tool's STEP file is available in a zipped folder containing native files compatible with PTC Creo Parametric 2.0, along with optional downloads of KeyShot renderings for interested members or STP files for others to use in their projects.
